Quality and food safety

Hygiene is proven
in the kitchen.

Cooks preparing fresh food in a professional kitchen

We know that hygiene and safety are essential, both for us and for the company that hires us. That is why we train our staff in hygiene and safety rules.

How we work

A cafeteria serves hundreds of people in a single meal period. One slip can affect an entire shift. That is why hygiene is the foundation of our service.

We work with the guidance of a cleaning company that advises us on sanitation standards for our utensils, work areas, staff, and food. All of this to achieve the best possible result.

Distintivo H
and REPSE registration

We hold Distintivo H and a REPSE registration. When we quote, we provide the current documents for your supplier file.

  • Distintivo H

A recognition for hygienic food handling granted by Mexico’s Ministry of Tourism and endorsed by the Ministry of Health.

  • REPSE registration

Registered with REPSE, the Ministry of Labor’s registry of specialized service providers, which companies in Mexico must verify before contracting cafeteria service.

Quality starts
with purchasing

We work with suppliers that lead their categories: Sigma, Lala, Bimbo, Herdez, FUD, McCormick, Knorr, and La Costeña, among others.

We use the same suppliers for all our cafeterias. That way the final product keeps the same standard at every plant and every meal.
